What can be done in my Policyholder Portal?

Through your secure policyholder portal you can view all of your Bankers Fidelity policies anytime, anywhere. By logging in, you can update your information, such as address changes, email address updates, change your billing frequency, view payment history and more.

Will I be notified when I make a change to my policy online?

Yes, a confirmation email will be sent to you upon making a change to your personal information or policy through the portal.

How secure is my policy information online?

We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL), a secure server and security protocol, to safe guard the information you submit. In addition, once inactive for 20 minutes you will be automatically logged out of your session. It always helps to protect your information by having a unique User ID and a password that you change multiple times throughout the year.

What information is needed to register my Policyholder Portal?

Registration to access your secure policy portal requires your social security number, policy number, email address, and . You will also be required to choose answers to several security questions should your User ID or password be forgotten. Your agent or Policyholder Services may also be able to help you with the registration process.

Who can I contact if I have a question about my Policyholder Portal?

You can contact Policyholder Services at 866.458.7500 Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm EST. Should you have questions about your benefits as a policyholder or would like a policy review, contact our Customer Loyalty team at 866.457.7504, option 8.

Where can I find information regarding my claims?

All active, closed, and pending claims information related to your policies can be found by clicking “CLAIMS” within the upper navigation bar from any page while logged into your account. To see more detailed information, such as the amount paid, click on the claim number to the left. The Claims Department may also be reached at 855.458.7499.

Why am I unable to see my child’s/spouse’s insurance information?

Due to privacy laws, all policyholders 18 years and older must register for their own account to view their insurance information regardless of whether or not they are the policy owner.
